Arundhati leads the Compensation & Benefits at Snapdeal, a leading digital commerce organizations in India. She is responsible for developing and driving the rewards portfolio across Snapdeal and portfolio companies.
Prior to Snapdeal, Arundhati was with Mercer Consulting where she was responsible for managing consulting assignments and business development. During her career of ~7 years at Mercer, she has advised organizations in varied industries including IT products and services, ITeS, pharmaceutical, automobile, not for profit etc. Arundhati has expertise in reward and talent management related interventions such as job evaluation, design of pay ranges, long term incentives, competency design & assessments and developing career ladders.
She has also worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions in the past. She is an electrical engineer by background and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from MDI, Gurgaon.
