P Srinivas Reddy

Srini is responsible for Compensation, Benefits & HR Service Delivery for MetLife Global Shared Services. He played a key role in setting up MetLife Shared Services center at Queretaro, Mexico for Latin America region. Srini has held HR Business Partner roles across Shared Services in the past. He has spent last 14 years of his career in the Business Process Off-shoring industry. Prior to current role, he worked with Hero BPO and Genpact, being responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. By qualification, Srini holds an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

He is an avid runner and has completed 4 Marathons and 11 Half Marathons.
