Urvashi Singh

Urvashi Singh is the Global Business HR Leader for Genpact. She also holds additional portfolios of Total Rewards and M&A (People) for  the company.

Urvashi’s career in Genpact spans over fourteen years across diverse roles in the HR domain, both in business HR and corporate HR.She leads business HR for Genpact spanning 70000 + employees globally. She has led Total Rewards for the Company for over 8 years and has been instrumental in defining and shaping Genpact’s Total Rewards strategy. 

Prior to Genpact, Urvashi worked with ITC Limited for 7 years in HR. 

She is based out of Gurgaon, India.
